We have made the process to book with us very simple, on any section of the website click the book now button and this will take you to a booking form to complete. Complete this form and a member of the team will be in touch to confirm you’re booking.

Is there a booking fee?

Yes the Booking fee is £100.00 and is NON Refundable. The balance is due 21 days before your event. We accept debit/credit cards,pay pal, cash and bank transfers.

Do you supply to Corporate clients?

Yes we have a large portfolio of Corporate Clients which we supply regularly for all sorts of events including Brand Activation,Brand awareness, show stands, team building and party’s etc

Do you have Public liability insurance?

Yes, we have 10 Million Public & Product liability insurance, if you require a copy of our policy please speak to a member of the team. if your venue requires a higher indemnity please contact us to discuss.

Is your Equipment PAT tested?

Yes all are equipment is PAT tested, if you require a copy of our certificate please ask

Can you text & WhatsApp your photo's to your phone?

Yes this feature is available on all our Magic Mirrors, Booths & selfie pods you can now text and WhatsApp your photo directly to your mobile.

Can you brand the Mirrors ,pods, 360 video booths etc?

Yes all our equipment has the option to be branded please get in touch to discuss your requirements

Do you supply the 360 spinning video Booth?

Yes we supply the full size 360 spinning video booth for both corporate & private events please get in touch with a member of the team for more information.

Do you supply Shimmer Walls?

Yes we offer a choice of either a honey gold, piano black or silver iridescent shimmer walls suitable for any Event with suitable space.

Do you supply backdrops?

Yes we have a variety of different styles to choose from. Please get in touch with a member of the team to discuss the options.

What size are your Backdrops?

Are Backdrops are 8ft x 8ft Square

Can you supply custom backdrops?

Yes we can supply custom backdrops (charges apply) please ask a member of the team

Do you supply attendants with the mirror's, booth's & pods?

Yes all our equipment comes with a members of staff, apart from our drop off selfie pods.

Do you offer the New Vouge Booth?

Yes we do offer the latest Vouge Booth please see our finishing touches page.

Do You offer a Vintage Booth?

Yes we offer a choice of two very elegant oak Vintage photo booths hand crafted to the highest standard that also offers all the latest features. Our Vintage icon can be fully branded with its rear digital display.

Do you offer Neon signs?

Yes we offer a selection of neon signs please contact a member of the team..

Do you supply Selfie Pods?

Yes we have three styles of Selfie Pods to choose from please take a look at our selfie pod page

Can the selfie pods print a photo?

Yes we can add a printer to our selfie pods which will allow photos to be printed (charges may apply)

How long do I have to wait for the photo to print?

As we use the latest technology, our prints are usually printed within 10 seconds for you to enjoy and take away.

Do you need any special kind of power or leads to set the equipment up on-site?

A normal power source is all that is needed, preferably within 3-6 metres

What are idle hours ? and how much do you charge for them?

We charge £40 per hour of idle time. Some customers choose to have the magic mirror/photo booth run for a set amount of time, then have it idle for an set amount of time for example during wedding breakfast/evening meal/speeches etc, and then have it run for the remainder of there booked package time. Other times idle hours may benefit are when the magic mirror/photo booth needs setting up before guests arrive and then operational from a later time. for more information about idle hours please speak to a member of our team

What size is the full size Magic Mirror?

At 1.5m high and 95cm wide – Takes full length photos, so groups can be easily photographed.

What is the size of the Oval photo booth?

Our oval enclosed booth is 2.0m high, 1.3m wide and 2.3m deep

Can I see a picture of the magic mirror and photo booth?

Yes! We have pictures on our website or social media platforms.

Do you provide props?

Yes. We have a large selection of props for all occasions which are included in all our packages

Do we get instant photo prints?

Yes. All prints are instant.

Do we get a copy of the photos?

Yes, all of the photos are included on a USB stick or digital link with all the photos taken at high resolution. This will be given to the host after the event.

What size is the Beauty Mirror Booth?

Our Beauty Mirror Booth is 1.8m High 1m wide and 0.254m deep

Do you hire projection lighting?

Yes we hire projection lighting which can be personalised with logo’s, initials and patterns etc.

Can you supply a DJ?

Yes we can supply a Professional DJ for your event. Please get in touch with a member of the team to discuss your requirements.

Do you supply Love lights?

yes we hire giant 4ft Love lights finished in white with intelligent LED lighting.

Do you supply giant Numbers?

Yes we hire 4ft Numbers finished in white with white cabochon LED blubs.

Do you supply chocolate fountains?

Yes we do supply a chocolate fountain with table surround please inquire with a member of the team.

Do you supply up lighting?

Yes we can supply up lighting please contact us for availability. Our up lighting is fully colour changing or can be set to a colour of choice.
